Life is always interesting at Summercrest. Each day brings new opportunities for entertainment, socializing with friends, staying active and enjoying trips to the surrounding community. Our full-time activity Director, Paula Radcliffe, prepares a monthly schedule designed to provide something for nearly every taste. There's a wide variety of musical entertainment, crafts, exercise programs, games and lots more. Everyone loves the new Nintendo Wii!

Life enrichment and activities are a vital part of each day at The Seasons memory care. A wide variety of therapeutic recreational programming provides residents the opportunity to maximize the abilities and memories that are retained. By focusing on abilities rather than disabilities, residents are given a renewed sense of purpose and enjoyment in life. Programs are tailored to offer each individual a feeling of accomplishment, promoting a stronger sense of well-being.

A typical day at The Seasons includes a morning social hour, gentle exercise, crafts and entertainment.

Dining at Summercrest and The Seasons at Summercrest

Dining is a very important part of life at our community. Meal times are far more than simply a time to eat, they are a delightful social activity for our residents. Of course, the quality and variety of meals are important as well. All meals are served restaurant-style and there is always a choice of entrées. As Summercrest is a small community, our dining staff quickly learns individual tastes so that residents are satisfied with the selections. Chef Cheryl Osgood is always on the hunt for new recipes to add variety to the many home-style favorites enjoyed by the residents. Baked goods are homemade and residents can be certain that there will be a variety of sweet treats for dessert.

Individuals with special dietary needs such as low-salt or low-sugar diets, always have options on each menu.
