Our pricing, tailored for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, offers transparency and ease with an inclusive approach to personal care.
In Assisted Living, enjoy 45 daily minutes of 1:1 personal services, and in Memory Care, an impressive 120 daily minutes of 1:1 personal care—all seamlessly integrated into the rates listed below. We have eliminated complexity by incorporating these services into our upfront pricing.
For those requiring additional personal care minutes beyond our inclusive offerings, we provide the flexibility to add more, ensuring personalized care at every stage of the journey.

Ideal for those who value independence but may need assistance with daily tasks, this program includes three daily meals, weekly housekeeping and laundry, planned social activities, 45 minutes of daily personal care, medication management, pharmacy delivery, scheduled local transportation, and all-inclusive utilities.

Summercrest's Memory Care program, The Seasons, is designed for seniors facing cognitive challenges, such as dementia or Alzheimer's. Tailored to provide a secure and supportive environment, this program offers three daily meals, weekly housekeeping and laundry, 24/7 individualized programs and therapeutic activities, 120 minutes of daily personal care, medication management, on-site Registered Nurse oversight, a secure setting with 24-hour staffing, a safe outdoor garden, scheduled local transportation, and all-inclusive utilities.

All rates of this programs are based on an individual’s level of income according to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
Choices for Independence (CFI) is a Medicaid waiver program by the NH Department of Health and Human Services, providing home care for individuals or couples aged 62 and older at Summercrest. Residents must meet the program's medical and financial criteria and be eligible for Summercret's Assisted Living program, ensuring personalized support and care.
Admission Fee
$500 one-time (NOT applicable for CFI)
The rates listed above are 2024 rates. Actual rates may vary slightly depending upon specific unit selected. Except for CFI Rates, Summercrest management reserves the right to make changes to fees and rates when necessary. Summercrest is a rental community.
A fully refundable $500 Reservation Deposit will hold an apartment for up to 2 business days or may be used as a Wait List Deposit. Upon move-in, this deposit becomes a one-time Admission Fee.
